We learned from our students that stable and supportive housing is the greatest barrier to college success.
One in every five Los Angeles Community College students are homeless.
Our solution
We are working with community college students who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless to develop the perfect dorm-style, affordable, and supportive housing environment.
We currently have two housing units with students living in them, and a third unit the development pipeline.
Our goal is to create sustainable housing that promotes a studious and healthy lifestyle for students by providing affordable rent, financial, academic, and personal-wellness coaching.
